Acetaia Giusti and Italicatessen will be your guide for an evening dedicated to the world of balsamic vinegar.
Michele Sartori from Acetaia Giusti will recount the compelling story of his company, which is one of the oldest businesses in the world. Michele will also share his expertise on the product and explain how to recognise a good quality one.
All this knowledge will be followed by an amazing tasting of selected balsamic vinegars aged from 6 to 100 years old, paired with an exceptional organic Parmesan cheese: Casello 240 from Fratelli Rossi!
