Events

Dublin's Istituto Italiano di Cultura promotes, organizes and supports various cultural events in order to strenghten and increase the cultural exchange between Ireland and Italy.

The programmes are designed to inform the Irish audience on the most relevant aspects of contemporary Italian culture.

Where and how to participate
All the initiatives taking place at the Institute are free. The information regarding the ticket fees for the events hosted by other institutions and cultural centres can be found in the event description and on the programme.

How to book an event
Some events can be booked by clicking on the “Book Now” key at the bottom of the event page. Once this operation has been made, an e-mail will be sent containing the information on how to confirm the booking in the following four days.

Changes in the schedule of events 
Should the calendar of events change, an email will be sent to those who receive our newsletter.

Please visit the current Calendar of events, containing all the details on every single event. Here you can also perform a search among the past events, simply by entering the month, the field, the title and the artists involved.

Events elsewhere
The section Events elsewhere contains all the cultural events related to Italy organized by other institutions in our area of competence, without the participation of the Institute.

The section Events in Italy contains all major cultural events and exhibitions taking place in Italy.
